how to clean cilicon grouting from wood trim?

we had used cilicon grouting in our dining room trims now we want to paint trims but it's not catching paint and grouting also showing on the wall i dont know how to clean this mess help me please

If you mean that the paint will not adhere to the silicone caulking, you can try Kilz--the oil-based formula, not the latex formula--and go from there. Otherwise, there is a compatibility issue, and you will have to dig it out and fill the voids with wood putty.
