Next time, if you feel a bad hangover coming on. Set your alarm an hour or two before you have to get up. When it goes off, pop in two aspirin or aleve or tylenol, whatever you use, drink some water. and go back to sleep the remainding time. It should soothe your head when you do have to wake up to start the day.

Take some tylenol, eat something like crackers or dry toast, and drink tomato juice and giner ale. Do NOT drink water - if you are vomiting, it will only make it worse. Sleep as much as you can, and don't move around too much. You should feel better in a few hours.

Next time you drink, drink a glass of water for each alcoholic drink that you consume...hangovers are made worse because of dehydration.

In order to avoid a hangover this is what I do after I drink. Before going to bed I drink ALOT of water and that 2 Advil and something little to eat. When I say alot I mean 3 large glasses, u know the large glasses u get at McDonald's. It help replenish water in your body that the alcohol takes away. Also get alot of sleep.

Eat a tomatoe. Seriously. Then take a couple of Motrin (the best brand of painkiller for a hangover) drink water, or try a hydrating drink like Gatorade. Lay on the couch and watch ridiculous daytime tv. Or, you could always start drinking, then you'd be drunk and wouldn't feel any pain....hair of the dog that bit you.

if you know you are going to be drinking buy these pills call hangover busters.......they work! They are a herbal supplement so you can take like up to four at one time. But what I did once for my 21st birthday i took one before I started drinking then, because i was bar hopping I took one after every 2 bars, then i took one before I went to sleep. and I ate also. so it helped me consume more liquor and i didnt wake up sick! So remember HANGOVER BUSTERS. The ones I got were from spencers gift. they are usually in the local mall! good luck and have fun!

I've had plenty of them- I usually take two tylenols or advils, drink plenty of Gatorade(orange tastes yummy), eat something really filling then I get up and move around. I agree that sitting around only makes it worse. I don't feel 100% but a lot better. I never got th whole drinking more I think it would just make you even sicker!

If you can't do the time, then don't do the crime. If you can accept responsibility for your actions, then don't do the actions.

I'm just kidding......it's been awhile since I had a hangover....um....drink lots of fluids, take some tylenol, sleep it off, eat fattening food, have menudo.

Drink lots of water and even if you don't feel like it do some type of exercise. That will help the blood flow. (I was a bartender for 9 years) & always make sure you eat something. Remember, it takes 1 - 1.5 hours for every ounce of alcohl to leave you system.

Take a multi-vitamin and drink gatorade when you wake up. Take a pain killer too, just like everyone else said. That's for the headache. Getting up always seems to help my system get moving too... Just walking around or being slightly active will help you get that crap outta your system.

I like to drink alot of fluids and do some sort of activity. as nausiating as that sounds it works. Sitting on your *** all day doesnt usually honor that fact that you feel like crap. It always seems to me that if i move around a bit i kinda forget that i'm hung over and also the fact that i did something makes me feel better too.
