Hebrews - it beautifully meshes together both the old and new testament. It shows how Christ fulfilled the prophesies and hold supremacy in all offices as Prophet Priest and King. I love the rich theology in it.

The Gospels because it clears up all the craziness in the Old Testment and gives us guidance for living a very simple and good life.
Revelations is pretty funny. I agree with everyone who said that.

The Holy Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ, According to St. John.
The Prologue says it all:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God."
"And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of the Father’s only son, full of grace and truth."
