Hi. Sounds scary. But please don't worry. This dream is a signal to you from your own mind about something deeper. It is called an "anxiety dream". Your brain is worried about something. So it creates an image like this to show how big that worry really is. Stop and think about what is really troubling you. When you locate that problem and start to work on it, the dream will go away.

It sounds like a psycho-somatic symptom; it's physical but what causes it is some psychological trauma... Talk to your doctor about it, if he/she doesn't take you seriously, ask a psychologist. It does sound serious and I understand how scared it must make you feel. So you need to take it to a professional. Be strong!

Maybe you're worried that you've said the wrong thing/might say the wrong thing? As in, literally being able to open your mouth wide enough to put your foot in it?

Buy a dictionary or take an English lesson if you are, indeed, trying to communicate by using the written English language.
