depends how much, but uh start eating fish, chicken and maybe rice. Don't eat past 7:30 or at least past your active time. Do some floor excercises or dance whatever you want. Just set aside time for at least an hour a day, in 30 min intervals. crunches done correctly can show improvements for a tummy that's not too pudgy but if that's not you then try doing leg excercise and your tummy will do it's own shrinking. If you find yourself snacking tell yourself to stop or buy some tasty granola bars from Quaker. THIS IS NOT A CRASH DIET because doing those will make gain the weight you lost and then some back in like a week or so.

With Christmas only a couple weeks away you should go on a 1200 calorie diet. Eat 3 400 calorie meals a day. Go on the treadmill 6 days a week and go until you burn atleast 500 calories on there each day. You could lose 10 lbs by Christmas if you follow this.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

tighten up your diet by
1 lowering fat intake and increasing protein..
2. decreasing calories by 300 per day
3. keep white bread, sugar cereals, fruit juices, cokes, sprites etc, white potatoes, white rice to a minimum (ie- dont eat tthem)
4. instead go for 100% whole wheat bread, whole grain brown rice, milk, and high fiber cereals, and sweet potatoes
5. take a multivitamin
6. work-out everyday until x mas by starting at 15 minutes on treadmill/elliptical/etc and increasing each day by 2 minutes
7 use some weights to build some lean muscle (tone) get help from some cute guy at the gym
8. get plenty of sleep as studies have found that those who get less than 7 hours are more likely to be obese
9. no fried foods! and plenty of fruits veggies and no chips! no desserts....
10. get some omega fatty acids by taking fish oil pills or flax seed oil pills....also almonds, fish, and natural peanut butter has good fats that will actually help you burn your stored fat !!
11. get plenty of water...double the amount you are drinking now (if you dont drink alot that is)
12. eat smaller portions and increase the number of meals you eat in a day...if only eating 3 times a day...stretch it to five but still eat the same amount.. just smaller portions....eat once every 3 hours and that will be about 5 a day (if u sleep 8 hours)
also, alot of people think that most of the fat comes from carbohydrates that are eaten in excess of what you need...but the majority of the fat we keep on our bodies has been found to be from the actual fat in our diets (that is bc it takes so much less energy for our bodies to convert fat to stored fat then to take excess carbs and turn them into stored fat....makes sense doesnt it?) so simply lowering fat and increasing protein to make up for those lost calories will keep your body using the fat you have and not adding to it!
finally you have to have the will power bc no one can tell you not to eat something and it not go through your mind that "no one is gonna tell me what to eat...or i am not giving up that!!" so you have to decide if you want to lose it or not....sure, a small piece of this cake, or a handful of these chips doesntt seem like much....but over the course of a year or lifetime, that is alot of calories that you added to your body that are empty (no nutrients and high in sugars)....

First of all, increase your exercise and cut back on calories. Be sure you are drinking additional water - especially before a party - drink a full glass of water to give you a semi-full feeling.
Use a small plate (rather than a dinner size) when at a buffet - and spend more time AWAY from the buffet.

exercise , thats the only way..people always want some crazy diet , but none will work if you dont work, meaning exercise,
walking is great 3 miles a day wiill do wonders... the key to losing weight is burn more calories that you take in
the atkins diet is not healthy, your body needs carbs for energy,when you dont have them yes i does burn fat , but your liver and kidneys cannot breakdown fat like they do carbs so there can be liver and kidney damage, not to mention your the damage to your heart with al the fat that you eat from the atkins DIEt

i call it the gum diet and am about to start it again. its super unhealthy and only good for a crash diet.
skip breakfast. once i eat, i eat all day long. if i dont eat i can go til dinner and be ok.
brush your teeth, pop in a stick of winterfresh gum. its the best. the taste will keep you from eating anything.... chcolate does not go well with the gum!
different things work for different people. you could just try exercising, cutting out sweets, coffee, soda... start drinking lots of water.
you arent going to get tooo much done by christmas, but i could stand to drop 5 pounds or so!
