Well I use to be about 2 months ago but I have since cut out all caffeine in my life for health reasons. I now drink a natural and healthy energy drink 2 times a day (8am & 1pm). It is the first energy drink to hit the market in the form of a powder so you can mix it up with the beverage of your choice no matter where you are at. Beings that I quit drinking all forms of alcohol over four years ago,coffee sustains and keeps me going all day long. I especially need that first cup as soon as I get up of a morning. I think it is a much better "vice" than booze!!

Yep - I just cut back to only one cup and I've had massive headaches for two days, despite the Advil. It really sucks.

But I love hot herbal tea, I am addicted to that.
