I eat alot of junk food, but I constantly exercise to keep my weight down. Is this dangerous to my health?

Personally it is better to avoid junk food. Constant exercise will definitely helps you out. But the affect junk food is more than your exercise..

Yes it absolutely is dangerous to your health! Junk food contains empty calories and lots of sugar which leave you vulnerable to diabetes and degenerative and inflammatory disorders.You should be eating low glycemic high nutrition foods like fresh vegetables,fruit,unprocessed whole grains and lean proteins.Add a multi-vitamin and a protein/nutrition drink in the mix.See a dietician or read books on nutrition from the library,do not keep putting junk in your engine.

junk food is never good, sounds like u need some good food in you adn then when u go to the gym it will pay off more not just break even

Junk food is something that should be done in moderation. Try filling up on more healthy alternatives - and you will feel much better.
