How do I fix an error msg in MS Access?

The error msg reads "the microsoft jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time." However, I am getting this error msg when no one else is using the database but me. Is there a way I can fix this? It only happens when I try to open one particular table.

Any chance that the tale in question as a "make query" or something connected with it that might be "using" the table?

Try replacing the table with a newly created one (Same name and format but only a couple lines of data) and see if it works might be something corrupt in that table.
