Yes you can! Given that you have ONE of the requirements below:
1. You got a really long tongue
2. You got unusual bones for your arms and hands
3. You pull one of your arm with another arm until it gots snapped (disjointed), place it close your mouth, and lick it just like we lick a chicken's thigh

I always lick mine before I use it to clean out my ear....it is the only safe thing Doctors recommend........

our neighbour can lick her elbow
so its not impossible
she is nine
maybe she won;t be able to in a few years

yes...that is impossible unless you can dislocate your shoulder...It doesn't seem worth it to me
