If I make a web layout in photoshop that includes clickable links?

how do I get the links and stuff to be clickable/ active once i turn it into html? Is there some type of html code or is it some program I need on photoshop?

You could always bring it into dreamweaver and make hotspots over the areas you want to turn into links.
