Wake up earlier and go for walks. Make sure your fridge has lots of vegetables and fruits (no snacks). When grocery shopping get used to verify the fat % on every thing. Less fat means less work for your body to digest specially if you are slow metabolism. When eating out choose small portions or share the meal with someone else. If you wish, don't be afraid to eat in fast food restaurants once in a while but don't super-size it and avoid the fries. If you are over weighted keep in mind that loosing weight is for your healthy not for what people think.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I think that you should go on a fruit and vegetables diet that the easy way to lose weight fast and health. stop with the fatie foods and soft drinks and just stick to that and plenty of water.

dont eat less just watch ur portions and eat more small portions and exercise because when u exercise more your body needs nutrients to work harder so dont eat less. You can look on the internet and google easy ways to loose weight and u can also google any questions you have

Just eat less, more healthy, lots of fruit and veggies, low fat foods, chicken, do cardio, aerobics and yoga is fun and easy
Drink Alot of ice water. I lost 8lbs in one month just doing those things

Just drink water and water....Water makes you feel healthy, energize, happier and more conscious....Our body contains 70% of water......Try buying small bottles of water in carton and put in place where you can grab or bring them wherever you go!! Eg..room, car...All the best =D
