today we have rabbit toast. we were inthe Jamberpaluk Market , Then I saw the meat vender ..My mums best place. The butcher had red blood stains all arround his appron. I like the way how he cut the head....slag .

I always pray before a meal, but a lot of people pray after eating and some even pray both before and after.

there is no best time to pray ,but if we all stay in pray as we go about our daily work or whatever we do we need to pray ,the world is in a bad way ,if you can't find nothing to pray for ,pray for me and my family ,the nation and our soldiers

yes, before, immediately after and then again 12 hours later if you don't die (thank you lord for not taking me out with that burrito...amen). Come to think of it, even if the food does make you ill and you puke there's probably cause for prayer (good thing the system works, thanks for the test lord....amen).
