Picnics, bbq's -- any social gathering.
Of course, more things than social gatherings take planning, just as building things, manufacturing things, etc.

there are ridiculous amounts of things to plan. my best friend hired a wedding planner, although she screwed us over, i suggest hiring one cause it will help a lot
