Eat in moderation. You obviously eat or you would be dead. Eat a couple small meals at work. It could be something as small as an apple, banana, carrot, etc. If you eat a couple small meals at work they won't have any reason to talk. (Not that it is important what they think of you)
If you watch what you eat you will not get fat. Stay away from foods you know are bad for you.
Take care of yourself.

Maybe they are being honest and no matter where you go, people are going to notice you look sick. People with this eating disorder end up looking nasty and gross. Is looking like you have some wasting disease better that some fat ? (although it would appear your real problem isn't fat but probably sloppy muscles from the food deficiency).
You need professional help to clear up your muddied thinking because this a a form a slow suicide and it will get even grosser as time goes on (imagine what they will be saying after visiting you in the hospital as your organs shut down, my neighbor was like you & she's been in there 3 weeks now . . . don't know yet if she'll make it)
Get help while you just look awful but can still walk and use the telephone.

You have anorexia nervosa. This is a serious disease. You need to talk to your doctor and admit yourself to a hosptial. The nutritionist will help you make informed decisions on what to eat to stay healthy and not gain weight. Therapy will help you overcome the "I don't want to get fat" or "I am so fat I can't eat anything" mentality you have. There are support groups for people that want to overcome anorexia. Talk to your family to get their support. I am sure they are worried about you too. Ignore the comments at work because that will just make you worse. Let people think what they want, because they will no matter what you do or say. This disease is not something that you can snap out of. It takes time and help. Don't go it alone!

First , calm down, dont let the other employees get any of your power.
They are just jealous cause they probably need to lose weight.
But u cant starve yourself, show them u do eat by bringin an apple to work and eat it in front of them. Or a banana which will fill u up fast and not gain weight.
U got to take care of U....forget them and dont quit your job because of them.
Be brave and love yourself and eat something, u will not get fat by eating. U can always exercise when u get home to make the food u ate turn into muscle tone on the body...
Be mature and eat foods that benefit your health .

Like every1 else says go see a doctor but if u dont want to i say eat health foods (no butter) like froots and vertables and some white meat its doesn't have any fat. and if your still consirede i say run for 2-3 hours a day. and for the work i say bring a hugh lunch and show em how its done! lol Just take care of your self. dont worry about fat its not a problem. (unless u got obbiside)
Ill talk to you about this stuff if u want many people say im very clam and open minded.

Not a doctor so i won't call what your doing anorexia as others have. But as said above when you go without eating, your body panics and stores everything it has as fat as that is the easiest to convert into long term energy. Eat small meals (healthy meals) multiple times a day to keep your metabolism up, someone who eats one meal a day will lose less weight than someone eating three a day. Its in the ammount of food you consume, and spreading it out so your metabolism stays up.

I used to be that way too, had a real bad eating disorder, and I was so terrified of getting fat I counted calories each day, kept a log book, overexercised (did permanent damage to my knee now), etc. Eventually I just had to give it all up and now I'm at a normal weight and finnally gotten REAL... fat is not unhappy, and it's not bad to be at a normal weight.
You need to get out of this eating disorder- that is what it is- and EATING DISORDER, no matter what you call it. I denied it for years and now I can easily see that you have what I once had and you MIGHT deny it but what it is is just what they say. One day your perception of it might cahnge... hopefully.
You need a new way of seeing things and eduaction on "normal" eating patterns n stuff... I hope this helps.

hmm..Drink plain water and you will lose weight...Not only that, you will eat lesser because no appetite and you will feel more energize and not so lethargic..Usually, other people or your colleagues would not be suspicious of your eating behaviour if you look healthy, radiant from your appearance. I guess you must be looking depressed, tired, no energy due to starvation mode you put yourself into. TO lose weight, eat breakfast, eat when you're hungry..never overeat. Not worth it, quitting job cos of this. You might face same problem again in future.

a fear of being fat is a stage of anorexia especially if you are not eating. but if you binge which is consuming a lot of food all at once, do you purge. I think you may need to get serious help and quitting your job , now what good will that do?

If you're trying to lose weight... not eating is the worst thing you could possibly to do yourself.
Your body will go into "starvation mode" and the next thing you do eat will be stored as fat. If anything, it'll make you GAIN weight. EAT and your co-workers won't mess with you.
