If you're looking for an English-Finnish-English dictionary, you should either try:
http://www.websters-online-dictionary.org
or
http://efe.scape.net
I've been using both of them and I think they are pretty much accurate.
However, If you're looking for an English-Finnish translator capable of translating full sentences, I came across this one on the net:
http://www.sunda.fi/eng/online_demo.html
After trying it out a few times, I found out that the translation isn't as fluent as it could be, but I still think it might be one of the best ones around.
