Hi am 12 I love healthy foods(if your wondering what I eat).I want to exercise more.I weigh 80 pounds.

at the age of 12 you shouldnt be obessed w/exercise, dont be a couch potato but go out and enjoy being a kid

You can exercise as much as you want at your age...look at how old gymnasts start.

-Some good exercise is biking (though if traffic is a problem, safer to use an indoor exercise one).

-Swimming is very good for you...and is probably the best one you can do. It uses all your muscle groups and tones them at the same time...so you'll be fit on the inside and look it on the outside.

-Running is probably the one I would recommend the least...it's a good cardio-vascular work out, but apart from that there are issues to consider. If you do decide to run make sure you wear PROPER running shoes otherwise you will ruin your feet and joints will suffer in later years. Also, make sure you go accompanied with someone, never on your won.

Or you could take up a sport...anyone will be good for you and keep you fit whilst being fun at the same time.

Wow! try step aerobics that's a great workout. Get some free weights and get toned,you wont get really big muscles you will gain definition

What sports do you like? Try out soccer or basketball. You will run and have lots of fun doing it.

exercise every other day , build up a routine, like do situps, side stretches, leg lifts , etc.

and pretty much any cardio swimming biking etc
