I've tried cover-up and brown blush but nothing really works, is there anything I can do about it? Most of them are scars and the scar ointments don't work. Please help!

I think there is a condition called rosacea in which the skin around the cheeks gets really red. Check the website below. Not saying that's what you have, but it doesn't hurt to check.

try washin face , then rinse with hot and then cold use aloe vera afterwards.
U could try zinc oxide at night and that would fade the red fast.
zinc oxide is the same as desitin baby ointment
