Go to your start menu and select run then type in 'msconfig' A new window will pop up, select the "startup" tab on that window then uncheck any boxes that say ezshare or kodak you may have to do some guessing to see what it really is. Then click the "services" tab on that same window and then check the box that says "hide all microsoft services." Uncheck any boxes on the now smaller list that look related to your camera.

After doing this, resart your computer. Once you get into windows, there shoudl be a window that says you used the system configuration utility to blah blah blah. Look at the options on the screen and select not to go into the system configuration utility and not to have it start when windows starts.
