+ The Brits will say you are British, but the Scottish will say you are Scottish. The countries have been combines for a couple of hundred years.

Yes...Scotland, along with Wales and England is part of Britain. (The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland)

You are Scottish by blood, but a british citizen, wales is also part of great britain.

If you asked me that question then I would answer you Scottish first, British second. Funnily enough it's the other way around with our nieghbours south of the border. Ask them that question & they will say they are British first & English second.

yes, when you apply for a passport you are classed as a British citizen, but in general Scottish people like to be classed Scottish

not at all...great britain in a term used to describe the geopolitical combinaton of england, scotland, and wales...which make up what we know as great britain.
