How about no religion, everyone figures out their own brand of spirituality for themselves and we just all learn to find faith in ourselves or the universe and stop trying to make ourselves feel superior by identifying with the beliefs of someoneelse so we can belong to a group.

I find that if you remove from all religions what makes them different from each other, you get, the axial concepts we should all live by. Be trustworthy, industrious, moderate, and kind. Try to understand humanity, and people, form philosophies and live by them, think about what you have that others don't and appreciate it. Don't kill, steal, or decieve.
I'm a panthiest myself, but I am not saying that is the "best religion" however, I believe that if you look at the people and find out who are the most well adjusted, kind and content with their lives than that says something, it's a zealotry over converting people, or getting red in the face trying to drill into someon'es head who the "savior" or "messiah" is that makes tense people who claim to be "saved". Life is too short to be bend out of shape about religion, it should just relefect your natural personality, even if there isn't a label for it.
people should shoot for just being content. personally, I am happy in my life, and the best part is that my co-worker just came in with cookies.

Mumbo Jumbo's of course. He enlightens those who rub blue mud in their belly buttons, they can then go to heaven on their death and sit on his right hand side.
There will be much gnashing of teeth, when the day of judgement comes, from the unbelievers who mistakenly believe that they, and not the blue bellied believers will rise to sit at God's side. Yes, the hell of unbelievers will be filled with wailing infidels on that great day. All hail Robert A. Heinlein, the great prophet, who even today sits on the right side of God, and awaits the judgement day.
Only Mumbo Jumbo gives true enlightenment, and it comes through the belly button via the blue mud.
The religion is mentioned in some of Robert A Heinlein's books. I read about them. I asked lots of questions. It is practical, unless you like wearing short tops. And it makes as much sense as any other religion I've ever read or been told about.

My religion is the best one for ME. I am a Jodo Shinshu, (Pure Land), Buddhist. Sometime my knowledge/faith compels me to go against the modern techno-industrial-materialist society that we live in. Sometimes I am successful; sometimes not. You are free to find your way to YOUR religion. I hope you find it.

Who needs religion? It just gets in the way of the truth. Just read your Bible and follow its instructions for life. There is nothing about religion in the instructions. Just accept Christ and be a Christian. Religion is nothing but a bunch of traditions created by man to cloud up the true meaning of Christianity. Why do you think sooooo many people are screwed up today. Why do you think you have to ask this question. It is Satan's work you know. Man seems to believe what he sayes because it sounds better, you know, "who needs God to tell you what to do? You can think for yourself and come up with a better idea."
Not really, but man still seems to believe in himself instead of God. Go figure...

I don't think you can limit this to a single religion. I think you have to go to a specific church, temple, etc. Usually, the leader and the congregants determine if it is a GOOD place to worship. Some things I look for:
- Tolerance
- Support
- Caring
- Spirituality
- Community

Their isnt' really a "best" religion, and even if their was everybody wouldn't be the same religion, because everybody isn't the same and everybody believes differently.
I'm Christian and I enjoy Christian, if someone doesn't like Christians than that's just their problem, I can't change them they can only change themselves.

After carefully considering the whole situation, I find that the best religion, is no religion.
