What you don't understand is that evil comes from the eternal adversary, Lucifer. So to kill the bad people is only treating the symptoms and not the cause. The only way to remove the wickedness in the world is to get rid of Lucifer, aka Satan or the devil. The only way we will get rid of Satan is to bring in the millenium when Christ will reign personally upon the earth and the love of God and fellowman will be strong enough to bind Satan's influence for a thousand years. As long as Satan is kicking, there will always be bad people doing bad things.

Define "bad". The problem here is the definition could lead to killing everyone. No one is perfect and no one can judge anyone else.
