How often should you have your hair cut and coloured?

i used to cut every 2 mnths but now i do it every 3 mnths or so or for bdays and holidays and color i try to do it on holidays as well , id get streaks for the summer, color for my bday (sept) and then again for new yrs =0) and my hairs pretty healthy no real damage so u should try it every 3-4 mnths

As often as you need to maintain your style. It's different for everyone, since everyone's hair doesn't grow at the same rate. A good ballpark is a haircut every 4 weeks for short hair, every 6-8 weeks for long hair.

Personally, I cut my hair maybe once or twice a year, and grow it out inbetween. If the ends look nasty I trim them at home. I color it every month or so, when the roots start bugging me.
