A dickweed is someone who has to ask what a dickweed is because he doesn't know if he's been insulted or not. Does it really matter what, specifically, a dickweed is? Did you feel insulted when you were called that? If so, what does it matter what the specific definition is?

It means that you are such a lowlife that you are equivalent to something undesirable found in pubic hair. If a buddy called you that, I would say that the friendship might be over. If it was someone at random, they probably spoke from experience. Consider the source and move on. B.
