I feel guilty because I was bridesmaid for my friend a few weeks ago and apparently I have my eyes closed in most of the photos! Ooops!

Not your fault! Now you stop that feeling of guilt right now.I happen to have done many years of wedding photography
and its the photog's JOB to make sure all eyes are open when he clicks the shutter.Thats usually why he or she will take multiple photos.
Every so often I found an occasional person who would blink or squeeze thier eyes shut at the moment of picture snapping.
I would ask them to relax, smile, and think of something pleasant. Then look just to the side of the camera.
In this age of digital cameras there is no excuse for a decent photographer to not take great shots.(the pictures can be reviewed immediately)
SO STOP FEELING GUILTY,ITS NOT YOUR FAULT!
At the moment I'll feel guilty if I don't make you feel better about this.

Lying to a friend on why I can't go out this weekend. Being late for work this morning cos I was watching Fraiser. Writing an answer to this question when I should be putting the vac round. Eating that last donut, oh I;m feeling very guilty at the moment.

I'm feeling guilty about the last answer I gave - advising someone to leave their abusive partner - I mean, who am I to tell them to go? I don't know the full story - perhaps they should get relationship counseliing - or something. Do people take advise when it's given anyway? With advise comes responsibility...If you think about anything too much you can get guilt feelings. I guess we can only do what feels right at the time. I mean, Tony Blair must have thought he was doing good with Iraq........

I was feeling guilty for a lot of things then I read all the nice answers on here and it cheered me up. It is nice to read that people feel guilty for giving nasty answers on here and all sorts of things. It makes me feel there is still empathy and compassion in this world......Don' feel guilty about your pics in the wedding. In years to come, the bride and groom will get a good laugh over that!

The fact that I just spent over $500.00 on my wedding shoes??? I have the money for them and it's not like I'm choosing groceries over Gucci. It's just I feel guilty for it for some reason. I'm sure the feeling will fade in like 5 minutes though!!
