Of course one has dreams but they remain dreams for most and only a few rush out to make them come true. The masses just go to work, come home eat and then hit the sack.
So dreams are a good escape now aren't they.

Oh yes..... very healthy....but also its the bodies way of removing excess sexual juices, if ya get my meaning, because your body is constantly producing more.
