Make it hard for you to open the box of cereal. After you're done with breakfast, put some duct tape over the box so it's more of a hassle for you to get more - also when you see it you'll be like - NO, I don't need this. If you still want a snack after try something else, have a tall glass of skim milk, or take a bunch of vitamins, try turkey bacon - it has WAY less fat than regular bacon and I love the taste of it. Maybe get some berries or bananas or something to add to your first bowl to make it a bit more filling. After you're finished put your dishes away immediately. Maybe even spit into the bowl or have your pet lick your utensil, that way you won't be incouraged to refill and probably won't want to dirty another set of dishes...
Some ideas - hope it helps! I think the best would be to add some fruit to your cereal for more fillingness (if that's even a word) :)

Stop eating only breakfast cereal. Your body needs more nutrition than that offers. Try to get some protein and fiber in your diet. You will be surprised how much more satisfying that is in the long run.

When you find that you have no control over a particular food item, you will have to leave it alone. It is most likely that you are addicted to the sugar in the cereal. I have a problem with bread, rolls, pancakes, waffles, high carb breads, so I do not buy them.

try starting out with 8oz water prior to each meal- it fills your stomach. Too much of one food item regularly gets 'dull'. your body gets so used to it, you need more to fill your craving. try cereal only at breakfast, along with fruit and maybe peanut butter

Well, don't get any more. If you are trying to get another serving, just turn around and head for the sink, drop your dishes in, and get a nice celery stick. I like it.
