i like this guy and im pretty sure he likes me back but what im unsure about is if i should ask him out or wait for him to make a move, and what's worse i know for a fact that there's this other guy who told me that he liked me...what should i do, im not really interested in the second guy other than a friend...

Ask guy number one out. Just dump number two. If you need to just be all sneaky and like 'gosh wish a guy would ask me out' in front of guy one. Most guys will jump at that chance.
