i use to like this boy last year but now he has a girlfriend and told my frined to tell me that he likes me at the begining when i found out i didn't liked him but now i do and i told him and he told me that he really likes me but he is not going to cheat on his girlfriend. WHAT SHOULD I DO????

Nothing. He already told you he's not going to cheat on his girlfriend so he won't leave her for you either. Ignore him until he decides to leave her for you. There is nothing you can do.
