Hi Jackie I think what you ate yesterday for you condition was good. I am not patronising you it is difficult to have an eating disorder and not only come to terms with it but to try and work through it. However thinking about what other people eat to compare it to yourself can only be a step backwards. You are really not asking the proper questions because - 1) Not everyone will respond truthfully. 2) People don't always remember accurately what they eat unless they write it down - they will forget about that extra cup of tea or snack etc. 3) Not everyone is on a diet and may not feel they have to regulate what they eat. 4) Some of those who respond will be much heavier .taller bigger than you and you cannot compare yourself to them. They may also be working in heavy manual jobs where they need a much higher intake than you will ever need. Thus making the questions irellevant. I think You need to keep on trying as you are, eating regular meals and the occasional snack in between just taking your time with things and not trying too hard to worry about food in general or what is "normal" in particular. There are days that I feel I could eat a horse and others when I just feel like picking at food. This is "normal" for me but may not seem too normal to someone else. I can work with food every day being a chef, and there are days that you might be sick of the sight of food and just want to snack. Whereas some people must sit down and have three meals a day - this is normal for them. I hope this helps, all the best. Rab

I had a WW Blueberry Muffin for breakfast, orange flavored yogurt for a mid morning snack. I then had Enchildas SmartOnes meal for Lunch. I skipped my afternoon snack on accident getting ready for a Christmas Party. At the party I had some cornbread, lots and lots of coffee, chicken, mashed potatoes, squash, zuchinni, then I went home and made oatmeal cookies and ate some of the batter and had some green tea. I know fatty mac fatty.

How interesting! Breakfast was two pieces of white toast with Cheez Whiz. Lunch was two pieces of frozen Hawaiian pizza, and a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup. Supper was roast beef, roast potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. Ah, now for snacks. A few handfulls of regular Ruffles potato chips, two Belgian chocolates, a few Licorice Allsorts candies, one small Tootsie roll candy.
- I don't eat this well daily, believe me.
