Vodka and smoked salmon.
If you're only buying wine and cheese or beer and peanuts, I'd have to go with the wine and cheese. Or find some other Scandinavian types to hang out with...

I love red wine and specialty cheeses, but I like beer & peanuts too. I think it depends on the occassion.

depends on the night and what I'm doing. If I had a great day I might celebrate with wine and cheese for dinner. But if it was a bad day only beer and peanuts or whiskey and hotwings....mmmm they all sound good right now.

I like wine personally. There are a few beers that are ok. But for the most part I like wine.

Louis Jadot 2005 Bourgogne Pinot Noir to drink. And to dine: Grilled tenderloin crowned with a crimson wine, mushroom and shallot glaze, served with grilled new potatoes, extra or less mashed with cream and garlic, and sauteed asparagus wearing balsamic French dressing. Garnished with a extremely grilled rosemary sprig on appropriate. Beer and cheddar cheese cubes for a ball interest. :P
