You make I contact with him, and smile even if it's not at him but it should be. If you're in a group setting and he sees you across the room let him see you laugh but not loud and out of control. I guy likes to see a girl having fun and being herself. If after a certain time period if he doesn't approach you, then walk over to him as you approach him have a smile on your face. Introduce yourself. If you know his name already then approach him in a way of your questioning his name. Example: "Ted, right?" Then follow it up with your introduction. Then where ever you see him all the time talk about that or something that you may know of that you have in common with him. However just be yourself once you have his attention.

Bite the bullet & just go up & talk about anything general:
Are you going home for the Holidays?
Have you ever ordered anything off the internet?
What cell phone service do you have?
Do you think Sports Illustrated subscription is a good gift?
These are just a few male generic questions that can lead to a good conversation.

Run passed him naked. Once you are a few feet in font of him stop and wiggle your butt, then take off again.
Just kidding. Try approaching him normally, and say hey good looking what you doing today. He will be surprised and flattered by the compliment and that a beautiful women such as yourself took time out of her day to say hi.
Work it from there.

Talk to him. Tell the truth up front no games. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Just say are you married are in a commited relationship. Can we get to no each other. You may get to know him and wish you never had.

talk to him about normal every day stuff don't make a prat of yourself. Plus if he doesnt notice yo then dont bother someone might have noticed you who u havent noticed get lookign for them ones.

try doing something you see he likes or just strike up a conversation with him if you have the same class.. and just be yourself.
