There is no true healthy packaged mean. They always have too much salt and preservatives.

Oftentimes when you are looking for a packaged meal you may get less calories but appalling levels of sodium or carbs. Frozen vegetables are sometimes better than fresh (if fresh is getting old) and lean poultry, beef or fish is good with that. I would try to go with some kind of fresher dish and it can be microwaved too.
