it could be a kidney infection, or more likely a kidney stone if the pain has been on/off for years, i would go see the doctor and have an ultrasound to rule out kidney stones, i think u should see doctor even when it gets better as they is obviously an underlying problem that needs to be sorted out, to put a end to ure suffering
good luck

Sounds like kidneys, u need to drink cranberry juices or plenty of water.
A mans best friend is tomatoes, u may need to eat more tomatoes in case it could be the prostate gland.

I have the same thing and it is being investigated at the moment. It is most likely an infection of some sort. Have a look on here for similar symptoms and go to see your doctor.

Go to a Urologist immediately, as this is not normal. It's probably something simple to correct, but if left untreated, it could become serious. Good luck!

likely one of three things:
diverticulitis
deep muscle tear that healed improperly
hernia
it is probably not a kidney ailment, though this is possible. see an internist, they will assess and give a correct diagnosis.

your bowel is on your left hand side. i would speak to your doctor. you may be lacking fibre in diet and it could be I.B.S irritable bowel syndrome. that pain can be dull right up to excruciating.
