Don't have alot of money to spend, but like everyone I want my first wedding to be elegant and perfect, but with out breaking the bank!!
Any suggestions!?

Your local craft stores like Michael's, AC Moore, and even Walmart have very nice things for wedding that are not very expensive. You can go on their web sites and look at all the stuff to.

Here is a nice sugjestion for a centerpeice
get huricane candle holders after christmas 50% 0ff. As well as all of your candles if you used ivory you could probably find them on sale as well or maybe gold.
The day of the wedding take fresh cut roses and flowers and all kinds of babys breath and greens and put them on the base. You can put floral moss around the base and then stick the flowers through it but make sure the moss is wet so the flowers stay fresh. I hope I didn't just confuse you. It looks really nice trust me!
Good luck also another idea to save you money
Buy your flowers at your local grocery store if they have a florist and make your own arangments it will save you alot of money

For my center pieces for my wedding I am going to put glass shiny beads in a goldfish bowl with 1-2 actual goldfish and a floating candle with a nice ribbon tied around the rim of the fish bowl. And it will actually be on a mirror or nice plate. I hope this helps. You might want to pick up the Bridal Bargin Book by Denise Fields and www.theknot.com. You can try craft stores like Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Joann Fabrics, and Jeffery Alans. Orientaltrading.com is a good place too and you can buy in bulk there at a great price. Also try the Dollar Store, Dollar Tree, or Deals.

I have places that I used for decoration, favor holders and they are:
(1) The brides bouquet-silk flowers and arrangement
(2) efavormart-favor holders, cake boxes and assorted items
(3) american wedding album-a large assortment of invitations and item for your wedding
(4) Oriental trading-wedding decorations and assorted items

local craft stores... Micheals, MJ Designs, Garden Ridge...etc local fabric stores for the tulle and sashes (craft stores tend to be a tad higher than fabric stores)
