Where can i find the driver for Windows XP for my Benq DC E500 to make it work as pc cam?

There are not any TWAIN drivers available for most (if not all) mobile phones so you cannot use your phone as a webcam. Webcams are very cheap these days anyways I'm sure you could pick one up new for £10. Wouldn't you rather that then running down your mobile's battery after a couple hours of chatting?
