Increase your food consumption slightly at your last meal. Also, try to eat only a small amount of food before bed, if any . If you have a later snack a few hours after dinner (depending on your dinner time and bed time) it might help. Actually, smaller meals and healthy snacks are better for you. 3-4 hours between meals and snacks is ideal.

Take a look at your daily nutrition. My recommendation is to eat healthy, balanced meals with light and healthy snacks in between. I'd also drink lots of water and get into an exercise routine. Your metabolism is susceptible to change, which is a good thing. Do yourself a favor and check out the Body for Life program. If you can discipline yourself, you'll find a whole new you.

Maybe you aren't eating enough at meals, or you aren't eating the right stuff. You should eat more fiber and more protein to help keep you full longer. Things like vegetables and whole grain with a protein like meat or nuts. Stay away from too many carbs like potatoes and desserts like cakes and cookies because your body processes them too quickly and you will feel hungry in a short amount of time.

Because you have probably had to many carbs thruout the day so now your body wants it's nutrients, three or four nutrious meals leaving out the soda, bread, pizza, pasta, processed foods, chips, pretzels, that kinda stuff. Fresh baked chicken, two kinds of vegtable, fruit juice, whole grain bread, leafy greens and plenty of good ole water should do it.
