The CPT was banned for a while. Now that the dust has settled, he is back. It stands for Crazy Person Talking.

what isn't he? He's worldly, witty and wise. He's intelligent, quite attractive, and can kill a bear with his hands. He's got the mojo, the shiznet, and the music in him. He's something to which we should all aspire, but are doomed never to achieve.
Read the CPTs questions - it should be rather obvious what he stands for.
