I have a software that can encode in ogg, mp3,wav,flac,aacWMA,APC,MPE.
IT IS TRIAL BUT IT DOESNT have any limitations.

and also freerip, it is very good and allows ripping, and convertion between ogg,mp3 and wav formats.
One setback is that it has a some addware.

I have a program called Freerip, which I think allows that conversion. i'm online at another p.c. than mine, so cant check4u.
However, a quick google should confirm.

once you're working linux, in basic terms set up mpg123 and run the command "mpg123 -w filename.wav filename.mp3". once you're working homestead windows... uninstall homestead windows, set up linux, then set up mpg12 and run that command. it relatively is going to be well worth it, believe me. I advise ubuntu as a distribution.

I use a website called mediaconvert.com it pretty simple and u don't have to give any personal info, not even ur e-mail address. and its free!
