Where to get surgery to rebuild gums?

My husband was shot in the face many years before I met him. It destroyed most of his gums. Lately, he has expressed a desire to improve his physical appearance and I would really like to help him. We live in the Caribbean but can travel if necessary.

Plastic surgery is costly. Search for a 'Cosmetic Dentist'. They can rebuild gums.

He needs to see an oral surgeon. I am sure you have them in the Carribean just check the "yellow pages" of your telephone book or ask your dentist for a referal to a good oral surgeon.
