I really need to get a tattoo soon like TODAY..lol and I cant find a good place! I am getting a moon with a face and then my moms writing will be traced on my skin. She has cancer and I need this done SOON :( I just dont know where to go. I looked at some shops online and i just dont know.

I shouldn't be telling you this cos i dislike tattoos, but if you go to Pacific Beach on Garnet you will find lots and lots of tattoo parlors there.

if a shop is willing to tattoo a 15 year old, with parental consent or not, they shouldn't be in business.
