Hello Friend!
You can do your education at any age. Age is not the factor to have the education. Thers are lot persons who obtained their degrees in old ages. Since you are only 24, you may have a lot of memory power. Using this you capture the entire world.
First have an interest to study.
Best of luck.

I think you should pursue whatever you want to pursue! There is no writing police, there is no right or wrong story line or format! Use your own creativity and do what you want to do! I too am writing a book. I doubt that it has anything in that hasn't been written in some form by another author, but I'm hoping that my own spin will make it original. People do still write plays, absolutely! And I think the writer's strike is about the union and writers for tv and movies - but don't quote me on that! Kurt Vonnegut has a list of 8 rules for writing fiction. One of those rules is to write for one person. I agree wholeheartedly! I am writing what I would like to read. If I take into consideration what every single person I know wants to read, I'll never get the stupid thing done! Try to push your worries about what other people think to the back of your mind and do what makes YOU happy!

Hi Sijet.
Age is not at all a problem for studying.

Don't worry about your age! Since, you are working right now, I will recommend you to study through correspondence. Although, doing a degree in fulltime is more valid than corress, you have very less option available now.

Okay...is your question "I want to get a degree, but I am 24 years old?" It's never too late, man. I went back to college when I was 23. You just gotta go and do it.

Go part-time at your job and get a degree. I'm graduating soon and I'm 29. Age does not matter. Good Luck!
