time was outlawed again because the government thinks it will be easier for terrorist to attack using time and timing devices. this is a set back from from the last time(hahaha) the gov. was overthroughn in 1997 making time legal

Yes we do have time in Canada, we have finally made it law to use the same 24hr clock as everywhere else in the world can you believe it? Soon we'll even have jet engines for travel instead of the turbine prop engines we are still using.
