Wow, you worry way too much. You probably weigh about 95 lbs, but think you are getting too fat.

Truthfully, guys are sick of this as-skinny-as-you-can-be. We want a woman with a little meat on her bones. Not fat, by any means, but just a little meat so you don't look like a skeleton.

I am a mom of four boys. I was skinny too before pregnancy. You have to eat more than an apple a day. Your metabolism only works when you fuel it with healthy low-calorie, low-fat food. I eat 6 small meals a day with lots of protein. You also need to excerise at least 20-40 minutes at least 3 day a week. I used to have my boys help me. They loved it and now they have learned good habits from me and they are all active and fit. I am at the same weight now that I was 12 years ago before I had my first son. You will probably always have a little belly. Those babies stretch out your belly and some go back to their natural shape and others don't. If they don't then wait until you have all your babies and have a tummy tuck if that makes you feel better. Good luck on your road to losing those baby pounds. It's not easy and don't be so hard on yourself. It is up to you to change it, and if you want it bad enough you will.

1 apple a day is not healty you should be eating 6 small meals a day breakfast lunch and dinner and then some snacks in between here are some tips for you.

First of all your body can healthly lose only 2-4 lbs a week. Also i would not reccomend one of those diet books or programs because once you lose the weight you will go back to doing what you did before and gain it all back.
Here is what you need to cut out of your diet or limit.
-sodas they are empty calories and just add fat.
-also juices try to limit 1 cup of o.j. has as much sugar as a can of soda.
-fast food. they provide no nutrients and terrible meals they do have healthly selections at all fast food stores if you pic those you will do much better.
-junk food is also empty calories its ok now and then just don't over do it.
Here are foods that you can indulge on.
-veggies since they are so healthy for you and provide you with many nutrients the calories in them are meaningless.
-water!! you should drink64oz. a day at first you will pee alot but then you will get used to it.
-when eating meat try to eat chicken because it is the best.
other tips
- try to have baked foods not fried.
-eat breakfast and try to have it mostly be complex carbs like oatmeal and wheat bread they will give you energy all throughout the day.
-don't skip meals when you do your body thinks it is being starved so it will hold in more calories instead of burning them.
WORKING OUT
you need to buy some weights or go to a gym and work on increasing your muscles. because that will increase you resting metabolic rate which is how many calories you burn while simply doing nothing and you will see weight loss just from that also doing 50-100 squats(5-10min) will help increase muscle in your legs.
running is also a good way to help your overall apperience.
and pilates is a good way to tone your body a simple pilates tape done three times a week along with weights and you will see a difference.

go online and find some healthy meal recipes and use them try to reduce the number of calories you take in daily but not by too much.
hope this helps you.

and make sure not to over eat try to get no more than2000 calories a day

remember you can't just lose the weight and then go back to the way it was before this is a lifestyle change you can still eat bad foods but they must be in moderation

DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE to good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

No honey....it's NOT OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DOUBT you are fat!!!!!

And also, how long has it been since you had your baby???

You are a MOM now, so be proud of your mom body! But, if you are really not satisfied with the way you look, you need to find a reasonable, HEALTHY diet to put yourself on. Not eating can have a great strain on your body and actually you may not lose weight because your body needs every source of energy so it will hold on to what it has....eventually, if you continue to STARVE your body...you will get sick.

I think you know that eating just an apple a day is not healthy. You need to balance healthy eating and exercise.... Also, you are getting older, not that 24 is old by any stretch, but you will notice gradual changes in your body. That's just the way it goes. You can still be healthy, happy, and attractive.....

Everyone body changes after given birth. Sometimes it's small changes and sometimes there big. Eating an apple a day is not healthy for you. I was upset about my body once, but I exercised until I felt happy with my body. It takes time to heal after given birth, But no matter what don't give up. Stay strong in eat healthy.

first of all congradulations on the birth of your HEALTHY son,
remember this pregnancy changes a womans body in every way, you did not state how long ago you gave birth but with time and PROPER diet and exercise you can be slim again but it will not happen overnight and you will NEVER get the body you had before you gave birth.

by you starving yourself you will make yourself unhealthy you need to remember as a young and new mother you need to be there for your son, your life is no longer revolved around yourself your life revolves around your son, and your son needs a healthy mother not a skinny mom cause he wont care if you are a little "fluffy" we will only care that you love him and are there to take care of him. and if you continue to starve yourself you will not be healthy enough to take care of him the way he needs to be.

have you noticed you are more tired cause you are not eating that is your body telling you to knock it off, eat but eat smaller portions, your metabolism has changed so now you need to change your eating habits and that does not mean to starve yourself, it means to watch how much you eat, and continue to exercise.

your son will love you no matter what you look like. i would also suggest you talk to your doctor cause it sounds like you may have a small case of post partum depression

No thts not ok .. cos aint eating the necessary proteins and vitamins. When you gave birth your metabolism change completely. I recommend you to go to a diet specialist, he will help you. and yes do l lot of exercise. work out about 2 hours per day. DONT EAT ANYTHING BIG after 8 pm. Go to sleep with your stomach a bit empty. DONT SKIP ANY MEAL its better to do lot of little meals than 1 big. Dont spec fast results. Ahh aslo forgot 2 tell you eat slowly.

You can eat all day long just by lowering your fat intake, I lost 30 pounds by doing this and I have kept it off for 2 years, My daughter has lost 70 pounds and we have lowered our colesteral. you can have cereal, pretzels, fruit, fudgecycles, marchmellows, peanutbutter and gramncrackers if you have a sweet tooth. it takes about 2 weeks to see a change but it works. I promise, I am in my 40s, and I could not lose anything until this,

Pregnancy and childbirth does cause changes in your metabolism. Balanced, proper diet and regular exercise will get you back to where you were before. But remember thatas we age our metabolisms naturally start to slow. It's nothing to worry about. You just have to pay a little more attention to your overall health.

hey relax....skinny is out...or haven't you heard...men like some meat on a woman.....and remember...it takes energy to burn energy....you cant make a fire without something to burn can you? your body is the same way.....all your doing is lowering your metabolism and making it worse....exercise and eat right ...because you really are what you eat......try also high protein diet w / fruit n veg...builds muscle....the more muscle you have the faster you use energy.....plus your body is different now....you just shocked the hell out of it with hormones....so all in all you have to see what works for you now....but remember high protein =muscle=higher calorie burn rate....plus exercise.......also too much protein is bad.......1 gram per pound of body weight is OK
