I was wondering how many of you did the gender prediction tests like the ring on the string, drano tests, heart rate tests, etc. And you passed the tests with it being a boy and you had a girl or it said girl and you had a boy!? Just curious...all of mine point to a boy, but i wont find out until jan 3rd!!

my sister actually had an ultrasound and was given the wrong gender.

i had no ultrasounds on advice of physician, and so used heart rate and fetal positioning and was sure our second was a girl. so sure I actually said, "A boy, are you sure?" when i delivered.

Mine all came out 50/50. Although it was fun to try the wives tales :D

Those tests are not reliable. The chance is always 50/50.

I quite fancy getting it done, but my clinic has signs up saying "dont ask the midwives and put them in awkward positions when they refuse you" i think its rubbish,. but the more I hear about it the more I think its not the best.

My partner had it done with his 1st child and the prediction was correct.
