Now that you are all cried out, you have gotten over that hurdle in your life. It is time to move forward and use that experience as a guide for the future. Every bad thing that happens in our lives is a preparation of what is yet to come in our futures. As you move forward in life, you will face that same situation again, however, the next time around, because of this experience, you will be able to foresee the signs and stop it before it gets to the point where it will hurt again. You will have better control of your future life due to any bad experience in your previous life. You will be just fine. Find your way back to the things you use to do that made you happy before you ended up in this bad experience. Once you learn to be strong mentally, it will get you through a lot of ugly situations. Whenever something goes wrong in my life, I have learned to tell myself that if I continue to deal with it, I will be living a long miserable life, so I drop it and think of my freedom without it and thinking of my freedom, it sure gives me energy to get up and go. I wish you all the happiness in the world.

Yeah. Mariah Carey?

Now that you are all cried out, move on. Admit mistakes were made, but let them make you a better person instead of a bitter one. Remember: if you are all cried out, the hard part is over.

Wipe off your tears and move on. That was past, you now have to take hold of yourself and prepare to contend with the future. It does help to mope over what happened, but that's a lesson you have learnt about life; it can be sweet and it can be sour, but do we have to succumb to its ills? No! because we move on more wise than last time. So just enjoy life whilst you still have it !

Yes I've heard it & love it. As far as you stop listening to sad songs & listen to something that will give you a happy feel instead. Done that before & it made me feel worse until I listened to Mary J Blige & just got tough& tired of feeling sad.
