One of my co-workers/friends and I used to see whose coffee cup could get the darkest stains by repeatedly using them without washing them. I think it actually adds something to the coffee drinking experience. Of course it's all in my head, but I can tell you that we had cultivated some pretty nasty cups.
Do you all drink the same type of tea? Same amounts of sugar and milk? Perhaps you drink slower than your co-workers do, giving your tea more time to stain your cup.
I would suggest figuring out where your own tea habits differ from your co-workers'.

Maybe you keep your tea in the mug for too long or the tea is stronger than theirs. Try to wash your mug out at lunchtime or drink the tea faster so that the tea does not stain the cup. it may be the type of mug that you have also.

Possibly because you don't wash it after you've finished. Maybe you get distracted and your tea sits in it going cold. What stains the mugs is the Tannic Acid in the tea.
If your mug is permanently stained the best way to get rid of the stains is to buy those Steradent tablets for cleaning false teeth. Leave one to dissolve in water and then clean it. Also great for cleaning teapots.

Maybe you are drinking long island tea. Lay off of the hard stuff at work and find something important to worry about.

Maybe you stew the tea when making it? Use a brilo-pad to clear the stains.

It is likely that they rinse it in bleach. You may also need to replace the cup you are using due to the porousness of it. However, The best method to remove the stain is baking soda and vinegar.

Maybe yours sits longer... or maybe your finish on the mug is microscopically cracked, allowing stains to set in....

It could be the amount of milk or creamer you add. I've noticed that the more milk that is used the harder they are to clean. I think the fat in the milk tends to create a coating that resists plain water and requires soap or pressure to break it down.
