I am gonna guess that your Friend is in her 20's maybe.. The best thing to do is tell her that life is not just partying and that you are concerned for her... I'm a VERY HYPER person and I have to be doing something all of the time, I LOVE to clean-up. I have ADHD and was recently put on Adderall XR 45mg per day and I am actually able to sit down and read a book or watch a TV show without getting up 10000000 times to do something else...
Talk to your friend and let her know that partying is OK at times but that you don't want to all of the time.. Ask her to talk to her Dr about being so hyper, their is allot out their to help her.. I am 42 and was always hyper as ever and I was just diagnosed ADHD about 6 months ago and life is much calmer now, I still have my very hyper moments and trouble sleeping but I don't miss my adderall xr- every morning I take it like clock work. If your friend is
a good friend she will understand your concern, give it a try.
Best friends can be the best source of help for one another.
Good Luck!!!

One of my best friends has Manic Depression (also known as Bipolar disorder). It meant that before she was diagnosed she would drag me to a bar, not even finish her drink before she wanted to go somewhere else. She would go on holiday with no money at the drop of a hat and couldn't hold down a job.

After intervention by her family (she was sectioned), she is now on medication for the rest of her life. She managed to not only finish university but became a doctor of genetic science and is now working on the cure for cancer. I'm not saying it's what your friend has but it is worth (tactfully) discussing with her family (she won't listen to you).

Let her go with the flow, she will eventually feel burnt out.
Get her some vitamins, especially calcium to calm her down.
