Help you grow taller? Yes, if you're not an adult. The human body reaches full growth after puberty, aroung age 19. If you're older than this, drinking milk will still help your bone structure and fortify it, but it won't make you grow taller.

I am only about 5''6 (average height for my age). I have drunk milk all my life. I think it is somewhat of an urban myth about it making you "taller" - height is genetic. BUT it does make your bones stronger (prevents osteoporosis) and builds muscle.
