hi rawlings167, I actually have a 'Spelling' decision interior the drop down menu to the final of the 'Spell' link. regrettably the spelling facility is greyed out. I checked the 'help' facility and it says: "to analyze the spelling in messages Outlook exhibit makes use of the spelling checker presented with here Microsoft place of work classes: Microsoft be conscious, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. in case you have not have been given a type of classes put in, the Spelling command isn't available. interior the recent Message window, click Spelling on the toolbar, or on the kit menu, click Spelling. notice to customise the way your spelling checker works, on the kit menu, click techniques, and then opt for the Spelling tab." As you could locate it seems which you're able to desire to have Microsoft place of work classes: Microsoft be conscious, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint put in as a manner to apply it. Why this spellchecker can't be used without having any of those classes put in is possibly yet differently Mirosoft is making an attempt to tension us to purchase their products. if so. shame on them.
