I see a variety of Nascar fabrics at Hancock's and Joann's (local fabric shops) all the time. Obviously eBay may be an option as well - a search just now gave me 16 items under "Tony Stewart Fabric". Good luck!

Just saw some at a JoAnn's Fabric store. Hobby Lobby also has material, but the selection is much better at JoAnn's.

walmart always has the fabric of the most popular drives like Jeff, tony, Jr, dale, Jimmie, Matt... Most of them always have Tony's
